"This is the second pool that we have put in. Our first pool was installed by another company here in Wichita. The installation of that pool was the worst experience ever. Our yard was totally torn up as we had to redo the entire back yard and part of the side of the home. So when we decided to install a second pool for our second home we were mostly concerned for the yard. We expressed that concern to Chad and he assured us that our yard would have bare minimum damage. Our other concern was the customer service the other company that we had used in the past left a bad impression. Not only did they not follow through with after the sale but they never returned our phone calls. Chad assured that his company has a store front and that we were encouraged to call or stop by if we had any questions."

We didn't know a thing about pools, how to maintain them, what you needed to get started, and the shape we wanted or even where we wanted it in the back yard. I set up a meeting with Chad. He went over everything from how it was built to how to maintain the pool. Once we decided on the location and size the process was very quick and painless! After the pool was complete the whole family attended "pool school". We were only able to use the pool about a month last summer but we had a great time. "Aside from kiddy wading pools this was our first experience with owning a pool, so we were really novices.
